Nyay Sankalp Foundation is a registered NGO based in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It was launched with a powerful mission to make justice accessible to those who need it the most.

Our work is basically two-fold

Litigation and Legal Aid

We strive to help the undertrials and prisoners who are stuck in the jails and are often neglected in the judicial system, ensuring that they get fair representation in courtrooms and that their dignity and rights such as right to fair trial, fair hearing and equality & dignity are protected.

Legal Awareness

We always aim to empower the society at large by spreading legal awareness about the law and how their rights are, so that even the ordinary citizens understand their rights, available remedies and their responsibilities.

We strongly believe that justice is not a privilege that only some people can have but a fundamental human right that every individual must have. Our sankalp is to build a more just, aware and egalitarian society where no one is left behind.

Our mission is to connect people with the legal help they deserve. We work for those who cannot afford lawyers or do not know where to go for help. We make sure they get the right advice, guidance, and support at the right time. We believe that knowledge is power when people know their rights, they can change their lives.
